I am moving my website address and content to a new website with a simpler look and feel. While this website will still be active for sometime, it will not be incrementally updated anymore.

The new website is at http://www.anirbanbasu.com/

I am currently working within the Information Security group at KDDI Research in Japan. For my post-doctoral position, I worked at Tokai University on a project funded by the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, in collaboration with Waseda University, Hitachi, NEC and KDDI.

I have several years of experience with academic research at the University of Sussex where I was involved with two EPSRC funded and one EU IST funded research projects alongside my doctoral research. I have also offered consultancy to a number of small and medium sized industries in the UK and the University of Sussex Library.

I hold a Doctorate in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Sussex.

Please see my CVs for further information.

Apart from research, I am also very interested in photography. My Flickr photostream is available at http://www.flickr.com/photos/a_basu/. Recently, I have also taken interest in DSLR videography. My YouTube channel is available at http://www.youtube.com/xtremebytes.
